Work..?

This morning I woke up feeling a bit better than the day before (I felt pain in the lower abdomen and also my head).. Alhamdulillah.. I was really glad that the pain had disappeared and I can walk properly now and not feeling dizzy or walking like some sort of a zombie... hehe..

I finished my Invigilation Time Tabling before the coffee break so I printed it out to be distributed to all teachers concerned.. That's my duty.. it is a routine that I had to do every term (4 terms altogether, which means 4 times for different levels of tests and examinations). That's done and a lot more to go. I planned earlier that after I finished the invigilation timetable, I'll start doing the new academic time table for next year. Another of those sleepless nights again... Sigh..

I haven't started it yet coz I had to go to the MoE to attend a meeting at the Higher Education dept regarding our workshop in early December. Hmmm.... Sounds interesting.. So, I left KB at around 11.45 a.m. and I went to the Jame' Asr to perform my zuhur prayer and then I went to the MoE at 2.30 sharp on the 5th floor of Block B. The meeting was not an official one but just to let us know that we'll be asked to do a presentation to all the MoE Officers, school Principals and teachers. I was asked to be the team leader and I'll be presenting in front of the audience with my team members about what we've done so far in our training and lots more. Wow.. Never been a team leader before but I guess it will be a challenge for myself and my team members to be speaking in front of all the officers including the minister.. takut lah rasanya as I've never done presentation for the higher bosses.. I've done small presentation in UBD and also conducted workshops for teachers but on a small scale not a big one.. hehe.. I really hope that they can understand what we'll be presenting as this will reflect on the outcome of our training, whether we actually gain something or lots of things from the training or nothing at all.. I'm sure there will be Q&A sessions.. which I hope my team members can help me with that including our trainer from Aussie. Otherwise... it'll be the worst nightmare.. hope not.. Just be positive Leez.. Okay.. 

So, I was thinking how can I do all these in a few weeks. I mean prepare the slides for presentation, all the scripts that I should rehearse and so on... Apart from that I still have to check and double check the descriptors for the test items that I'm also involved in from my other team member before the phone conference with the officer in Melbourne. Another task that I should also make myself prepared with critiques and comments as well as discussions for improving the items that will be used in the future. My other colleagues were so happy that I've decided to check their work to see how the items are and all the descriptors that matched the items. Which means, I think, I will be the one who will do most of the chit-chat during the phone conference.. haha.. ok lah.. at least it will be a two-way process, which should achieve the objective.. Insya Allah.. Mudahan jua.. 

I still have to finish my time table and guess what I have (today is Thursday) about 5 days to complete (deadline to submit to the Secondary section is on Wednesday next week). Wow.. I do hope I can finish that on time.. I will do my very best!! I love this job....hehehehe...

Exam markings.. Students have sat for my additional maths paper 2 this morning but I haven't got time to mark them yet.. that would not be a problem and I'm still to finish off the items for the other paper which have not been finalised.. due next week..!! Ya Allah... belum siap oleh ku.. I must finish that first.. priority is school work.. all others will come second, third and so on.. 

Have to remember that.

Oh no!! I still have to prepare what I want to share during the SMC meeting this tuesday.. hrmm.... ada lagi.. I really hope I can manage all of that in this three weeks.. sigh..

Have to think positive!

Work.. do I have time for myself? Well... I'm really sorry that I had a lot to do, so friends I do hope you guys can understand lah... Colleagues don't be upset if your timetable doesn't look too good for next year.. as usual lah.. changes may come in different sorts of things, so Insya Allah I will try to make the best that I can possibly do.
